"My right fingers hyper-extend backward at the PIP joints and touching my fingers is really irritating. The best way to describe what it feels like when they hyper-extend is to try and have you remember the shiver you get when you hear nails on a chalkboard. It isn't painful, but because of this shiver, I am continuously molding my wrist in a fist and have been hiding it away in my sleeve for the past 4 years. Because of this isolation, I have encountered great sensory issues. I hae just started dry brushing my hand and esoecially focusing on brushing my right palm, which triggers flexion in my fingers. At first, it really bothered me, but it wasn't painful. It's been three days since my first dry brushing and my hand has been more relaxed than I've ever seen it."
